US accounting & bookkeeping firms · QBO pilot
More bookkeeping capacity. Your client relationship.
A scoped production service for your existing QuickBooks Online client ledgers, with documented exceptions and a review-ready monthly handover.
You keep the client. We agree the production work.
Built for small firms that need help with recurring bookkeeping. Your firm owns client communications, accounting judgments and final review unless the engagement explicitly delegates a task.
Buy BillSnapp software alone if your team wants to run the work. Fulfillment is a separate service engagement, with confidentiality, contact permissions and client-relationship terms agreed before access.

One ledger. One agreed month. Clear boundaries.
- An existing QBO company for a professional-services business: one entity, one base currency and up to three bank or card accounts.
- An initial fit of roughly 100–150 monthly transactions, assessed against representative records before a quote.
- Agreed document processing, coding, statement reconciliation, missing-items requests and an exception log.
- A monthly handover with reconciliation status, unresolved items and a review checklist for your firm's sign-off.
Historical cleanup, inventory, complex revenue, payroll processing, tax advice or filing, assurance and payment initiation are outside the standard pilot. We scope additional work separately.
Before work starts
Approve the people, access and review process.
01 / Review the fit
Describe the bottleneck and the ledger. We confirm delivery capacity and examine representative, appropriately redacted records.
02 / Agree the engagement
Set the fee, volume, accounts, software costs, deadlines and named operator/reviewer. Confirm actual delivery locations, authorized access and any required client permissions before records are shared.
03 / Run a paid pilot
Use secure, authorized QBO access. Review the work and exceptions together, then decide whether a recurring engagement fits.

Approved records and a clear handover
The engagement sets who checks routine work, who resolves exceptions and who signs off the month. Missing inputs and unresolved judgments remain visible in the handover.
