A monthly process, with people accountable.
- A named operator and agreed reviewer, responsibilities and dates before work begins.

- Reconciliation of the complete bank/card statements within scope.
- One clear list of missing evidence and questions, plus an agreed monthly handover.
Start with a business we can serve well.
The initial fit is a single-entity professional-services business with straightforward transactions. Rwanda is our local pilot lane. International firms with existing QBO clients should use the accounting-firm pilot.
The quote states your accounts, monthly transaction volume, software included, who pays for QBO where relevant, review cadence and any setup or cleanup fees. We confirm capacity and local suitability before accepting work.

Tax advice, filing and remittance; payroll processing; assurance or audit; initiating payments; inventory; complex revenue; multi-entity consolidation; and historical cleanup are excluded unless separately agreed with a qualified owner.
The service does not promise automatic filing, a particular tax outcome or a close date without complete inputs. Your engagement defines the final reviewer and any remaining actions for you or your accountant.
A fit conversation before a commitment.
Tell us your country, ledger, transaction volume and the recurring problem. We agree the records needed for a quote and a secure way to share them. Please keep bank statements and client records out of the contact form.
